وَ رَوَى حَمَّادُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ع قَالَ فِي حِكْمَةِ آلِ دَاوُدَ يَنْبَغِي لِلْعَاقِلِ أَنْ يَكُونَ مُقْبِلًا عَلَى شَأْنِهِ حَافِظاً لِلِسَانِهِ عَارِفاً بِأَهْلِ زَمَانِهِ.

Hadith.5903 - Hammad ibn Uthman narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) who said: "In the wisdom of the family of Dawud (as), it is fitting for a wise person to be focused on his own affairs, to safeguard his tongue, and to be aware of the people of his time."
