[2]أي يستحب فيهم العدالة. و في الذكرى« يعتد بأذان الفاسق خلافا لابن الجنيد لا طلاق الألفاظ في شرعية الاذان و الحث عليه و لانه يصحّ منه الاذان لنفسه فيصح لغيره، نعم العدل أفضل لقوله صلّى اللّه عليه و آله« يؤذن خياركم» و لان ذوى الاعذار يقلدونه لقوله( ص):« المؤذنون أمناء».ص 291
