حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع- عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدْرِكَ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ فِي تِلْكَ الْأَرْضِ بَيْعٌ لَهُ غَلَّةٌ قَدْ أَدْرَكَتْ فَبَيْعُ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ حَلَالٌ.

6. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama’ah from more than one person from ‘Isma’il ibn al-Fadl who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam) about selling fruits. ‘Is it permissible to buy fruits before they are formed?’ He (the Imam) replied, ‘If in that area such deals are made and they are profitable which is achieved then there is no offense in such transaction.’”
