[١]الظاهر اتّحاده مع ما تقدم في الباب السابق تحت رقم: 3.
[٢]إلا أن يكون ذا رأى.
[٣]الغلول: الخيانة و أكثر ما يستعمل في الخيانة في الغنيمة. و التمثيل: قطع الاذن و الانف و ما أشبه ذلك. و الغدر: ضد الوفاء.( فى)
قُلْتُ لَهُ إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنِّي قُلْتُ لَكَ إِنَّ الْقِتَالَ مَعَ غَيْرِ الْإِمَامِ الْمُفْتَرَضِ طَاعَتُهُ حَرَامٌ مِثْلُ الْمَيْتَةِ وَ الدَّمِ وَ لَحْمِ الْخِنْزِيرِ فَقُلْتَ لِي نَعَمْ هُوَ كَذَلِكَ فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع هُوَ كَذَلِكَ هُوَ كَذَلِكَ.
2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from Suwayd al-Qalanisiy from Bashir who has said the following: “I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘I saw a dream in which I said to you, “Fighting alongside an Imam to whom obedience is not obligatory is unlawful like consuming dead animals, blood and pork for food”, and you said to me, “Yes, that is how it is.’” Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), then said, ‘That is how it is. That is how it is.’”

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ سَرِيَّةً دَعَاهُمْ فَأَجْلَسَهُمْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ سِيرُوا بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ بِاللَّهِ وَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَ عَلَى مِلَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ لَا تَغُلُّوا وَ لَا تُمَثِّلُوا وَ لَا تَغْدِرُوا وَ لَا تَقْتُلُوا شَيْخاً فَانِياً وَ لَا صَبِيّاً وَ لَا امْرَأَةً وَ لَا تَقْطَعُوا شَجَراً إِلَّا أَنْ تُضْطَرُّوا إِلَيْهَا وَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَدْنَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَوْ أَفْضَلِهِمْ نَظَرَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَهُوَ جَارٌ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ كَلامَ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ تَبِعَكُمْ فَأَخُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَ إِنْ أَبَى فَأَبْلِغُوهُ مَأْمَنَهُ وَ اسْتَعِينُوا بِاللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar - I think - from abu Hamzah al- Thumaliy who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that when the Messenger of Allah would decide to dispatch a small group of people for an armed expedition he would call them in his presence, make them sit before him and say to them, ‘March in the name of Allah, with Allah, in the way of Allah and upon the religion (path) of the Messenger of Allah. You must not be excessive, you must not deform people, you must not betray, you must not kill old people, you must not kill children, you must not kill women and you must not cut down trees unless you are forced to do so. If anyone of the Muslims of the lower or higher position expresses sympathy toward a man of the pagans, he is given protection until he hears the words of Allah. If thereafter he followed you he then is your brother in religion and if he refused you then must send him to his safe place and ask Allah for assistance.’”

[1]« نظر إلى رجل من المشركين» أي نظر اشفاق و مرحمة. و الجوار- بالكسر- أن تعطى الرجل ذمة فيكون بها جارك فتجيره أي تنقذه و تعيذه.( فى)ص 28
