خَطَبَ النَّبِيُّ ص- أُمَّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي مُصَابَةٌ فِي حَجْرِي أَيْتَامٌ وَ لَا يَصْلُحُ لَكَ إِلَّا امْرَأَةٌ فَارِغَةٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَا رَكِبَ الْإِبِلَ مِثْلُ نِسَاءِ قُرَيْشٍ أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ وَ لَا أَرْعَى عَلَى زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدَيْهِ.

3. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar from abu Basir who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, (abu Ja 5 far or abu ‘Abd Allah) (a.s.), has said, ‘When the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, proposed for marriage to ‘Umm Haniy daughter of abu Talib, she said, ‘O Messenger of Allah, I am a grieved widow and I have orphans in my lap, thus, the most suitable for you is a woman who is free . 5 The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, said, ‘No women have ever ridden a camel on their wedding to the house of their husbands more compassionate to their children and caring for their husbands than the women of Quraysh .
