مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعَطَّارِ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع رَجُلٌ قَذَفَ قَوْماً قَالَ قَالَ بِكَلِمَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ يُضْرَبُ حَدّاً وَاحِداً فَإِنْ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْقَذْفِ ضُرِبَ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ حَدّاً.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Aban Bin Usman, form Al Hassan Al Ataar who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah asws , ‘A man who slanders a people?’ He asws said: ‘With one speech?’ I said, ‘Yes’. He asws said: ‘He would be whipped one Penalty ( Hadd ). So if he had differentiated between them with regards to the slander, he would be whipped a Penalty ( Hadd ) for each one of them’.
