بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَرْمِي الصَّيْدَ فَيُصِيبُهُ فَيَقَعُ فِي مَاءٍ أَوْ يَتَدَهْدَهُ مِنْ جَبَلٍ‌

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ع قَالَ:

لَا تَأْكُلْ مِنَ الصَّيْدِ إِذَا وَقَعَ فِي الْمَاءِ فَمَاتَ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Hajjaj from Khalid ibn al-Hajj aj who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said, ‘Do not eat the prey that falls in water and dies.’”

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ رَمَى صَيْداً وَ هُوَ عَلَى جَبَلٍ أَوْ حَائِطٍ فَيَخْرِقُ فِيهِ السَّهْمُ فَيَمُوتُ فَقَالَ

كُلْ مِنْهُ وَ إِنْ وَقَعَ فِي الْمَاءِ مِنْ رَمْيَتِكَ فَمَاتَ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ. - عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ مِثْلَهُ‌- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ مِثْلَهُ.

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah who has said the following: “Once abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, was asked about the case of a man who shoots a prey on a mountain or wall. The arrow pierces into it and it dies. He (the Imam) said, ‘You can use it for food; but if it falls in water and dies, then do not eat it. 5 ” Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy from ‘Abd Allah ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has narrated a similar Hadith. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from certain persons of our people from Hisham ibn Salim from Sama‘ah from ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has narrated a similar Hadith.
