رَأَيْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع ضَيْفاً فَقَامَ يَوْماً فِي بَعْضِ الْحَوَائِجِ فَنَهَاهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَ قَامَ بِنَفْسِهِ إِلَى تِلْكَ الْحَاجَةِ وَ قَالَ ع نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص عَنْ أَنْ يُسْتَخْدَمَ الضَّيْفُ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Musa from Dhubyan ibn Hakim from Musa al-Numayriy from ibn abu Ya‘fur who has said the following: “I once saw a guest with abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), who stood up one day to work for him (the Imam). He (the Imam) prohibited him. He (the Imam) himself stood up to do that work. He (the Imam) (a.s.), said, The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, prohibited making the guest to work. 5 ”
