بَابُ عَزَائِمِ السُّجُودِ

جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

إِذَا قَرَأْتَ شَيْئاً مِنَ الْعَزَائِمِ الَّتِي يُسْجَدُ فِيهَا فَلَا تُكَبِّرْ قَبْلَ سُجُودِكَ وَ لَكِنْ تُكَبِّرُ حِينَ تَرْفَعُ رَأْسَكَ وَ الْعَزَائِمُ أَرْبَعٌ حم السَّجْدَةُ وَ تَنْزِيلٌ وَ النَّجْمُ وَ اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ.

1. A group has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If you read of al-‘Aza’’im something for which there is Sajdah (prostration), do not say Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) before Sajdah (prostration) but say it when raising your head from Sajdah (prostration). Al-‘Aza’’im are four: Ha mim al-Sajdah, Tanzil, al-Najm and ’Iqra’ bisme rabbik.’” (Chapters 32, 41, 53 and 96)

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ: إِذَا قُرِئَ شَيْ‌ءٌ مِنَ الْعَزَائِمِ الْأَرْبَعِ فَسَمِعْتَهَا فَاسْجُدْ وَ إِنْ كُنْتَ عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ وَ إِنْ كُنْتَ جُنُباً وَ إِنْ كَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ لَا تُصَلِّي‌ وَ سَائِرُ الْقُرْآنِ أَنْتَ فِيهِ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شِئْتَ سَجَدْتَ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ لَمْ تَسْجُدْ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir from who has said the following: “He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘If anything of the four al-‘Aza’’im is read and you hear them, perform Sajdah (prostration), even if you are not with a valid Wudu’, or have experienced sexual relation, even if a woman does not perform Salah (prayer) (due to Hayd (menses)). In the case of the rest of al-Quran, you can perform Sajdah (prostration) or do not perform, it is your choice.’”

[2]قال الشهيد في الذكرى: هذه الرواية يتضمن وجوب السجود إذا صلى بصلاة التالى لها و هو غير مستقيم إذ لا تقره في الفريضة عزيمة على الأصحّ و لا يجوز القدوة في النافلة إجماعا. قال الشيخ في الحبل المتين: و هو كما ترى اذ الحمل على الصلاة خلف المخالف ممكن و المصلى خلفه و إن قرأ لنفسه إلّا أن صلاته بصلاته في الظاهر و القدوة في بعض النوافل كالاستسقاء و الغدير و العيدين مع اختلال الشرائط سائغة.( الحبل المتين ص 246)ص 318

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ سَمِعَ السَّجْدَةَ تُقْرَأُ قَالَ لَا يَسْجُدُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مُنْصِتاً لِقِرَاءَتِهِ مُسْتَمِعاً لَهَا أَوْ يُصَلِّيَ بِصَلَاتِهِ فَأَمَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ يُصَلِّي فِي نَاحِيَةٍ وَ أَنْتَ تُصَلِّي فِي نَاحِيَةٍ أُخْرَى فَلَا تَسْجُدْ لِمَا سَمِعْتَ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from ‘Ubayd ibn Yunus ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who has heard Sajdah (prostration) is read. He (the Imam) said, ‘He is not required to perform Sajdah (prostration) unless he is quiet and listening to the reading or performs Salah (prayer) with his Salah (prayer) (he reader of the Chapter with Sajdah (prostration) being the Imam). If one reads Sajdah (prostration) when performing Salah (prayer) in one side and you are performing Salah (prayer) in another side, you do not do Sajdah (prostration) even on hearing such reading.’”

إِنْ صَلَّيْتَ مَعَ قَوْمٍ فَقَرَأَ الْإِمَامُ- اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ‌ أَوْ شَيْئاً مِنَ الْعَزَائِمِ وَ فَرَغَ مِنْ قِرَاءَتِهِ وَ لَمْ يَسْجُدْ فَأَوْمِ إِيمَاءً وَ الْحَائِضُ تَسْجُدُ إِذَا سَمِعَتِ السَّجْدَةَ.

4. Ahmad ibn Idris from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from al-Husayn ibn ‘Uthman from Sanaa ‘ah from abu Basir from who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that if you perform Salah (prayer) with a people and the Imam reads bisme rabbik (Chapter 96) or something of al-‘Aza’im, completes his reading and does not do Sajdah (prostration), you just make a gesture for it. A woman experiencing Hayd (menses) must perform Sajdah (prostration) when listening to such reading.’”

يَسْجُدُ ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيَقْرَأُ فَاتِحَةَ الْكِتَابِ ثُمَّ يَرْكَعُ وَ يَسْجُدُ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about a man who reads (verses) Sajdah (prostration) in the last Surah (chapter). He (the Imam) said, ‘He must perform Sajdah (prostration), then stand up, read al-Fatihah al-Kitab, then perform Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees) and Sajdah (prostration).”’

لَا تَقْرَأْ فِي الْمَكْتُوبَةِ بِشَيْ‌ءٍ مِنَ الْعَزَائِمِ فَإِنَّ السُّجُودَ زِيَادَةٌ فِي الْمَكْتُوبَةِ.

6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-al-Qasim ibn ‘Urwah from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘You must not read anything of al-‘Aza”im in any of obligatory Salah (prayer); Sajdah (prostration) becomes an addition in an obligatory Salah (prayer).’
