1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from abu Hammam from Sulayman al-Ja‘fariy who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, sawiq is a very good food. If you are hungry, it holds you. If you are full it digests your food.”’
