وَ قِيلَ لِلصَّادِقِ ع رَجُلٌ فِي ثَوْبِهِ دَمٌ مِمَّا لَا يَجُوزُ الصَّلَاةُ فِي مِثْلِهِ- فَطَافَ فِي ثَوْبِهِ فَقَالَ أَجْزَأَهُ الطَّوَافُ فِيهِ ثُمَّ يَنْزِعُهُ وَ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ طَاهِرٍ.

Hadith.3121 - It was said to Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as): "A man had blood on his garment, of a type that invalidates prayer, and he performed Tawaf in that garment." Imam (as) said: "His Tawaf is valid, but he should then remove the garment and pray in a pure garment."

[1]رواه الشيخ في التهذيب ج 1 ص 482 في الصحيح عن البزنطى عن بعض أصحابه عن أبي عبد اللّه عليه السلام و المشهور اشتراط طهارة الثوب و البدن في الطواف الواجب و المندوب و ذهب بعض الاصحاب الى العفو هاهنا عما يعفى عنه في الصلاة، و نقل عن ابن الجنيد و ابن حمزة أنهما كرها الطواف في الثوب النجس، و قال في المدارك: هنا مسائل:ص 522
