وَ رَوَى أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

فِي امْرَأَةٍ قَتَلَتْ رَجُلًا مُتَعَمِّدَةً فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ أَهْلُهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلُوهَا قَتَلُوهَا وَ لَيْسَ يَجْنِي أَحَدٌ جِنَايَةً عَلَى أَكْثَرَ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ.

Hadith.5225 - Abu Usamah narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a woman who intentionally killed a man. Imam (as) said: "If the family of the murdered person wishes to kill her, they may do so. No one bears the burden of a crime beyond their own soul."
