[٢]رواه الكليني ج 7 ص 3 في الحسن كالصحيح عن حماد عن أبي عبد اللّه( ع) قال له رجل« انى خرجت الى مكّة فصحبنى رجل و كان زميلى فلما أن كان في بعض الطريق مرض و ثقل-- ثقلا شديدا فكنت أقوم عليه ثمّ أفاق حتّى لم يكن عندي به بأس فلما أن كان اليوم الذي مات فيه أفاق فمات في ذلك اليوم، فقال أبو عبد اللّه عليه السلام:« ما من ميّت- الحديث».

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص الْأَئِمَّةُ بَعْدِي اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَوَّلُهُمْ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَ آخِرُهُمُ الْقَائِمُ فَهُمْ خُلَفَائِي وَ أَوْصِيَائِي وَ أَوْلِيَائِي وَ حُجَجُ اللَّهِ عَلَى أُمَّتِي بَعْدِي الْمُقِرُّ بِهِمْ مُؤْمِنٌ وَ الْمُنْكِرُ لَهُمْ كَافِرٌ.
Hadith.5406 - Muhammad ibn Abi Abdullah Al-Kufi narrated from Musa ibn Imran Al-Nakhai from his uncle Al-Husayn ibn Yazid from Al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Abi Hamzah from his father from Yahya ibn Abi Al-Qasim from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), from his grandfather Imam Hussain ibn Ali (as), peace be upon them all, who said: The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "The Imams (as) after me are twelve. The first of them is Ali ibn Abi Talib (as), and the last of them is the Riser (Al-Qaʾim (as)). They are my successors, my trustees, my guardians, and the proofs of Allah (swt) over my nation after me. Whoever acknowledges them is a believer, and whoever denies them is a disbeliever."

إِنَّ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى مِائَةَ أَلْفِ نَبِيٍّ وَ أَرْبَعَةً وَ عِشْرِينَ أَلْفَ نَبِيٍّ أَنَا سَيِّدُهُمْ وَ أَفْضَلُهُمْ وَ أَكْرَمُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ وَصِيٌّ أَوْصَى إِلَيْهِ بِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى ذِكْرُهُ وَ إِنَّ وَصِيِّي عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ لَسَيِّدُهُمْ وَ أَفْضَلُهُمْ وَ أَكْرَمُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ
Hadith.5407 - The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "Indeed, Allah (swt), the Exalted, has one hundred and twenty-four thousand prophets. I am the master, the best, and the most honored of them before Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic. Every prophet had a successor whom he appointed by the command of Allah (swt), the Exalted in His remembrance. Verily, my successor, Ali ibn Abi Talib (as), is the master, the best, and the most honored among all of their successors before Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic."

دَخَلْتُ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ عَلَيْهَا اَلسَّلاَمُ وَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا لَوْحٌ فِيهِ أَسْمَاءُ اَلْأَوْصِيَاءِ مِنْ وُلْدِهَا فَعَدَدْتُ اِثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَحَدُهُمْ اَلْقَائِمُ ثَلاَثَةٌ مِنْهُمْ مُحَمَّدٌ وَ أَرْبَعَةٌ مِنْهُمْ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ.
Hadith.5408 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Al-Jarud from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) from Jabir ibn Abdullah Al-Ansari, who said: "I entered upon Sayyida Fatimah {s.a}, and before her {s.a} was a tablet in which were the names of the successors from her offspring. I counted twelve, and one of them was the Riser (Al-Qaʾim (as)). Three of them were named Muhammad (as), and four of them were named Ali (as)."

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَا مِنْ مَيِّتٍ تَحْضُرُهُ الْوَفَاةُ إِلَّا رَدَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ سَمْعِهِ وَ بَصَرِهِ وَ عَقْلِهِ لِلْوَصِيَّةِ أَخَذَ الْوَصِيَّةَ أَوْ تَرَكَ وَ هِيَ الرَّاحَةُ الَّتِي يُقَالُ لَهَا رَاحَةُ الْمَوْتِ فَهِيَ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ.
Hadith.5409 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hammad ibn Uthman who said that Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "There is no dying person approaching death except that Allah (swt) restores to him his hearing, sight, and intellect for the purpose of making a will - whether he chooses to make the will or not. This is the state referred to as the 'relief of death,' and it is a duty upon every Muslim."
