الْأَنْفَالُ مَا لَمْ يُوجَفْ[3] عَلَيْهِ بِ خَيْلٍ وَ لا رِكابٍ أَوْ قَوْمٌ صَالَحُوا أَوْ قَوْمٌ أَعْطَوْا بِأَيْدِيهِمْ وَ كُلُّ أَرْضٍ خَرِبَةٍ وَ بُطُونُ الْأَوْدِيَةِ فَهُوَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص وَ هُوَ لِلْإِمَامِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ يَضَعُهُ حَيْثُ يَشَاءُ.
