Hope

وَ قَدْ رُوِيَ‌ أَنَّ الْحَجَّ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ وَ الصِّيَامِ لِأَنَّ الْمُصَلِّيَ إِنَّمَا يَشْتَغِلُ عَنْ أَهْلِهِ سَاعَةً وَ أَنَّ الصَّائِمَ يَشْتَغِلُ عَنْ أَهْلِهِ بَيَاضَ يَوْمٍ وَ أَنَّ الْحَاجَّ يُشْخِصُ بَدَنَهُ وَ يُضْحِي نَفْسَهُ‌[2] وَ يُنْفِقُ مَالَهُ وَ يُطِيلُ الْغَيْبَةَ عَنْ أَهْلِهِ لَا فِي مَالٍ يَرْجُوهُ وَ لَا إِلَى تِجَارَةٍ.

إِذَا أَرَدْتَ زِيَارَةَ قَبْرِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَى ع بِطُوسَ فَاغْتَسِلْ عِنْدَ خُرُوجِكَ مِنْ مَنْزِلِكَ وَ قُلْ حِينَ تَغْتَسِلُ‌[1]- اللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرْنِي وَ طَهِّرْ لِي قَلْبِي وَ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَ أَجْرِ عَلَى لِسَانِي مِدْحَتَكَ وَ الثَّنَاءَ عَلَيْكَ فَإِنَّهُ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِكَ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ لِي طَهُوراً وَ شِفَاءً وَ تَقُولُ حِينَ تَخْرُجُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ بِاللَّهِ وَ إِلَ

وَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِأَبِي الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ع عِدْنِي قَالَ كَيْفَ‌ أَعِدُكَ وَ أَنَا لِمَا لَا أَرْجُو أَرْجَى مِنِّي لِمَا أَرْجُو[1].

Hadith.3610 - A man said to Abu al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as): "Promise me something." Imam (as) replied: "How can I promise you, when I have more hope in what I do not expect than in what I do expect?"

رَوَى الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الصَّحَّافُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ‌ أَنَّ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُوسَى الرِّضَا ع كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ فِيمَا كَتَبَ مِنْ جَوَابِ مَسَائِلِهِ عِلَّةُ الطَّلَاقِ ثَلَاثاً لِمَا فِيهِ مِنَ الْمُهْلَةِ فِيمَا بَيْنَ الْوَاحِدَةِ إِلَى الثَّلَاثِ لِرَغْبَةٍ تَحْدُثُ أَوْ سُكُونِ غَضَبٍ إِنْ كَانَ وَ لْيَكُنْ ذَلِكَ تَخْوِيفاً وَ تَأْدِيباً لِلنِّسَاءِ وَ زَجْراً لَهُنَّ عَنْ مَعْصِ

فِي الَّتِي تَحِيضُ فِي كُلِّ ثَلَاثَةِ أَشْهُرٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ مَرَّةً[4] وَ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ وَ الَّتِي لَمْ تَبْلُغْ وَ الَّتِي تَحِيضُ مَرَّةً وَ يَرْتَفِعُ حَيْضُهَا مَرَّةً وَ الَّتِي لَا تَطْمَعُ فِي الْوَلَدِ[5] وَ الَّتِي قَدِ ارْتَفَعَ حَيْضُهَا وَ زَعَمَتْ أَنَّهَا لَمْ تَيْأَسْ‌[6] وَ الَّتِي تَرَى الصُّفْرَةَ مِنْ حَيْضٍ لَيْسَ بِمُسْتَقِيمٍ فَذَكَرَ أَنَّ عِدَّةَ هَؤُلَاءِ كُلِّهِنَّ ثَلَ
