يَسْتَأْذِنُ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَى أَبِيهِ وَ لَا يَسْتَأْذِنُ الْأَبُ عَلَى الِابْنِ قَالَ وَ يَسْتَأْذِنُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى ابْنَتِهِ وَ أُخْتِهِ إِذَا كَانَتَا مُتَزَوِّجَتَيْنِ.

قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع الرَّجُلُ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَى أَبِيهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَدْ كُنْتُ أَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَى أَبِي وَ لَيْسَتْ أُمِّي عِنْدَهُ إِنَّمَا هِيَ امْرَأَةُ أَبِي تُوُفِّيَتْ أُمِّي وَ أَنَا غُلَامٌ وَ قَدْ يَكُونُ مِنْ خَلْوَتِهِمَا مَا لَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَفْجَأَهُمَا عَلَيْهِ وَ لَا يُحِبَّانِ ذَلِكَ مِنِّي السَّلَامُ أَصْوَبُ وَ أَحْسَنُ‌[1].
