يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلَاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحٍ بِلَا مِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحِ مِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ[1].
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Marriage is of three conditions: It is with right for inheritance, or without the right for inheritance, or it is marriage with the right of ownership.’”
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلَاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحٍ بِلَا مِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ.
‘Marriage becomes lawful with three conditions: marriage with the right for inheritance, without inheritance, and with the right for ownership.’”
