إِيَّاكُمْ وَ ذَوَاتِ الْأَزْوَاجِ الْمُطَلَّقَاتِ عَلَى غَيْرِ السُّنَّةِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ فَرَجُلٌ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ مِنْ هَؤُلَاءِ وَ لِي بِهَا حَاجَةٌ قَالَ فَتَلْقَاهُ بَعْدَ مَا طَلَّقَهَا[2] وَ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا عِنْدَ صَاحِبِهَا فَتَقُولُ لَهُ طَلَّقْتَ فُلَانَةَ فَإِذَا قَالَ نَعَمْ فَقَدْ صَارَ تَطْلِيقَةً عَلَى طُهْرٍ فَدَعْهَا مِنْ حِينَ طَلَّقَهَا تِلْكَ التَّطْلِيقَةَ حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا
