مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ إِذَا قَالَ

الرَّجُلُ لِأَمَتِهِ أُعْتِقُكِ وَ أَتَزَوَّجُكِ وَ أَجْعَلُ مَهْرَكِ عِتْقَكِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad Al Hajjal, from Sa’alba, (It has been narrated) from Ubeyd Bin Zurara who heard Abu Abdullah asws saying: ‘When the man says to his slave girl, ‘I emancipate you and marry you, and make your dower to be your emancipation’, so it is allowed’.
