مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ بَكْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

إِذَا أَذِنَ الرَّجُلُ لِعَبْدِهِ أَنْ يَتَسَرَّى مِنْ مَالِهِ فَإِنَّهُ يَشْتَرِي كَمْ شَاءَ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ أَذِنَ لَهُ.
English translationHubeAli
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws having said, ‘When the man permits for his slave that he can keep concubines from his wealth, so he can buy as many as he so desires to, after him happened to have been permitted for it’.
