سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ وَ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى جَارِيَةً ثُمَّ وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْتَبْرِئَ رَحِمَهَا قَالَ بِئْسَ مَا صَنَعَ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَ لَا يَعُودُ قُلْتُ فَإِنَّهُ بَاعَهَا مِنْ آخَرَ وَ لَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئْ رَحِمَهَا ثُمَّ بَاعَهَا الثَّانِي مِنْ رَجُلٍ آخَرَ فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا وَ لَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئْ رَحِمَهَا فَاسْتَبَانَ حَمْلُهَا عِنْدَ الثَّالِثِ فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَ لِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Aban Bin Usman, from Al Hassan Al Sayqal, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws , said, ‘I heard him asws saying, and he asws had been asked about a man who bought a slave girl, then fell upon her before her womb had been cleared. He asws said: ‘Evil is what he has done. He should seek Forgiveness from Allah azwj and he should not repeat’. I said, ‘Supposing if he were to sell her to another and does not clear her womb, then the second one sells her to another man, so he falls upon her, and does not clear her womb, so her pregnancy manifests in the presence of the third?’ So Abu Abdullah asws said: ‘The child is for the bed (it was conceived upon), and for the adulterer are the stones’.

[1]عهر عهرا من باب تعب فجر فهو عاهر و للعاهر الحجر اي الخيبة كما يقال: له التراب( المصباح) و المراد بالفراش هنا فراش المشترى و قد صرّح به في خبر آخر عن الحسن الصيقل رواه في التهذيب و فيه الولد للذى عنده الجارية.( آت)ص 491
