Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Raib, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘When there was the slave girl for one of you, so he sleeps with her, and then frees her, so she observes the waiting period and marries. So if she gives birth in five months, so it would be from her master whom had freed her, and if she were to give birth after having married, in six months, so it would be for her later husband’.
