أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَاصِمِيُّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

لَا بَأْسَ بِالْعَزْلِ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْحُرَّةِ إِنْ أَحَبَّ صَاحِبُهَا وَ إِنْ كَرِهَتْ لَيْسَ لَهَا مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ.

Ahmad ibn Muhammad al-‘Asemiy has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan ibn Faddal from Ali ibn Asbat from his uncle Ya’qub from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful to withdraw before semen discharge from the woman who is free, if he likes even if she may not like. She does not have any say in it.’”
