1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘It is not unlawful for one to look at the hairs and hands of the taxpayer women.’”

[1]يدل على جواز النظر الى شعور أهل الذمّة و ايديهن و حملت الأيدي على السواعد و ما يجب ستره على غيرهن و عمل به المفيد و الشيخ و أكثر الاصحاب مع الحمل على عدم الشهوة و الريبة و الا فهو حرام قطعا و منع ابن إدريس من النظر مطلقا تمسكا بعموم الأدلة و استضعافا لهذا الخبر( آت)ص 524
