1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn al-Hakam from abu Hamzah al-Thumaliy who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about the case of a Muslim woman who is afflicted with a misfortune in her body, like a broken part or wound in a place to which looking is not proper and men are more gentle to treat it than women: if he can look at it. He (the Imam) said, ‘In an emergency he can treat her if she wants.”’
