مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ:

لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا بِثَلَاثَةِ قُرُوءٍ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةِ أَشْهُرٍ إِنْ لَمْ تَحِضْ.

11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad [from Muhammad ibn Khalid] and al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al- Qasim ibn ‘Urwah from al-‘Abbas who has said the following: “He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, that it is not proper for a divorced woman to go out without the permission of her husband until waiting period is complete with three Hayd (menses)-free periods or three months if she does not experience Hayd (menses).”’
