حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ

سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ‌ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ فِي عِدَّتِهَا إِنْ طَابَتْ نَفْسُ زَوْجِهَا.

12. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘A divorced woman can perform al-Hajj if her husband agrees.’”
