عَنْهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي امْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَ هُوَ أَصَمُّ قَالَ

19. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from al-Hassan from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “About the case of a woman who accuses her husband who is speechless, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘They are separated from each other and he is not lawful for her forever.’”
