20. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from abu Jamifah from Muhammad ibn Marwan who has said the following: “About the case of a woman who is speechless and about how can he go through the process of al- Li‘an (condemnation) against her, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘They must be separated from each other and she is not lawful for him in marriage forever.’”
