عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Mansour Bin Hazam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘Rasool-Allah saww said: ‘There is no divorce before the marriage, and there is no emancipation before the ownership’.
