3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Imran ibn Musa from Ali ibn Asbat from his father who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Hail is not edible because Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has said, “. . . with it (hail) He causes whomever He wants to suffer.” (13:13)’”
