Muhammad ibn Yahya and others have narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from al-Husayn ibn ‘Abd Allah al-Qarashiy certain persons of our people from abu ‘Abd Allah al-Nawfaliy from Zadhan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If I had control over the market places of the Muslims I would ban this wine, that is, al-Fuqa ’ (beer).”’
