4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Ja‘far from al-Sayyariy from those whom he has mentioned from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once complained before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a certain pain and that a physician has prescribed for me a drink from raisins with water twice as much, and that honey must be poured on it and cooked until two-thirds are gone and only one-third is left.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Is it not sweet?’ I replied, ‘Yes, it is sweet.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘You can drink it.’ I did not tell him how much the amount of honey was.’”
