Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from abu al-Hassan al-Ahmasiy who has said the following: “Abu Sa‘id once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about al-Khamisah (a square-shaped gown with prints), when I was there, with its warp of abrisam (silk from silk worm); if it can be used in very cold weather.
