حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

حَدُّ الْجَلْدِ أَنْ يُوجَدَا فِي لِحَافٍ وَاحِدٍ فَالرَّجُلَانِ يُجْلَدَانِ إِذَا أُخِذَا فِي لِحَافٍ وَاحِدٍ الْحَدَّ وَ الْمَرْأَتَانِ تُجْلَدَانِ إِذَا أُخِذَتَا فِي لِحَافٍ وَاحِدٍ الْحَدَّ.

Ali Bin Ibrahim narrated to me, form his father and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa altogether, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, Abu Abdullah asws having said, ‘(Apply) the Penalty ( Hadd ) of the lashing if you find two in one bed covering. So if there are two men having taken to be in one quilt, both would be whipped the Penalty ( Hadd ), and the two women would both be whipped the Penalty ( Hadd ) when they take to be in one quilt’.
