عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَنْ أَتَى ذَاتَ مَحْرَمٍ ضُرِبَ ضَرْبَةً بِالسَّيْفِ أَخَذَتْ مِنْهُ مَا أَخَذَتْ.

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ali Bin Asbat, from Abdullah Bin Bukeyr, from his father who said, ‘Abu Abdullah asws said: ‘The one who comes to a Mahram would be struck with a strike of the sword, taking from him what it takes (lives or dies)’.
