Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from Ahmad Bin Al Hassan Al Maysami, from Aban, from Ismail Al Ju’fy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws regarding two men who bought a slave girl. So one of them copulated with her (without his companion’s knowledge). He asws said: ‘He would be struck with half the Penalty ( Hadd ), and compensate half the price, if she is pregnant’.
