الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

النَّصْرَانِيَّةُ وَ الْيَهُودِيَّةُ تَكُونُ تَحْتَ الْمُسْلِمِ فَتُجْلَدُ فَيُقْذَفُ ابْنُهَا قَالَ تُضْرَبُ حَدّاً لِأَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ حَصَّنَهَا.
English translationHubeAli
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Aban, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws , said: ‘If a Christian woman, and/or the Jewish woman are under the Muslim man (married to him), so if she is subjected to Penality, and (if) he slanders her son?’ He asws said: ‘He would be whipped the Penalty ( Hadd ) because being (legal wife of a) ‘Muslim’ has given her protected’.
