قَالَ إِنَّ عَلِيّاً ع كَانَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ سَكِرَ وَ إِذَا سَكِرَ هَذَى وَ إِذَا هَذَى افْتَرَى فَاجْلِدُوهُ حَدَّ الْمُفْتَرِي.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws having said: ‘Ali asws was saying that the man, when he drinks the wine, gets intoxicated, and when he is intoxicated, raves, and when he raves, he fabricates, therefore he would be whipped a Penalty ( Hadd ) of the fabricator’.
