بَابُ مَا يَجِبُ عَلَى مَنْ أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِحَدٍّ وَ مَنْ لَا يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

مَنْ أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِحَدٍّ أَقَمْتُهُ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا الرَّجْمَ فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ ثُمَّ جَحَدَ لَمْ يُرْجَمْ.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abu Ayoub, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘The one who accepts upon himself with a Penalty ( Hadd ), it would be established upon him, except for the stoning. So if he were to accept upon himself, then deny, he would not be stoned’.
