قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِي مَمْلُوكٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ- ثُمَّ جَامَعَهَا بَعْدُ فَأَمَرَ رَجُلًا يَضْرِبُهُمَا وَ يُفَرِّقُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا يَجْلِدُ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا خَمْسِينَ جَلْدَةً.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ibn Abu najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen asws judged regarding an owned (slave) who divorced his wife with two divorces, then copulated with her afterwards. So he asws ordered a man to whip both of them, and separate what is between the two of them. He whipped each one of the two with fifty lashes’.
