عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ يَزْنِي قَالَ

English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws regarding the contracted (slave) who committed adultery. He asws said: ‘He would be whipped regarding the Penalty ( Hadd ) by the measurement of what he has been emancipated (librated) from it (the contract)’.
