عَنْهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع- عَنْ رَجُلٍ سَبَّ رَجُلًا بِغَيْرِ قَذْفٍ يُعَرِّضُ بِهِ هَلْ يُجْلَدُ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ تَعْزِيرٌ.

From him, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah who, said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about a man who insluted a man without slander, would he be treated harshly? Would he be whipped?’ He asws said: ‘Upon him is a reprimand’.
