إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْتَ خَبِيثٌ وَ أَنْتَ خِنْزِيرٌ فَلَيْسَ فِيهِ حَدٌّ وَ لَكِنْ فِيهِ مَوْعِظَةٌ وَ بَعْضُ الْعُقُوبَةِ.

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Al Qasim Bin Suleyman, from Jarrah Al Madainy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘When the man says to the man, ‘You are filthy’, and ‘You are a pig’, so there is no Penalty ( Hadd ) with regards to it, but in it is advising, and part of the punishment’.
