Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad Al Miqary, from Al Noman Bin Abdul Salam, from Abu Haneefa who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about a man who said to another, ‘O wicked!’ He asws said: ‘There is no Penalty ( Hadd ) upon him, and he would be reprimanded’.
