عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ لآِخَرَ يَا فَاسِقُ قَالَ لَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ وَ يُعَزَّرُ.
English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad Al Miqary, from Al Noman Bin Abdul Salam, from Abu Haneefa who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about a man who said to another, ‘O wicked!’ He asws said: ‘There is no Penalty ( Hadd ) upon him, and he would be reprimanded’.
