Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Aban, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws regarding a man who insulted a man without slander, would he be treated harshly? Is there a Penalty ( Hadd ) upon him?’ He asws said: ‘Upon him is the reprimanding’.
