عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

لَا يُقَامُ الْحَدُّ عَلَى الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ حَتَّى يَنْقَطِعَ الدَّمُ عَنْهَا.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘The Penalty would not be established upon the menstruating woman until the (flow of) blood is cut off from her’.
