أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع كَانَ لَا يَرَى الْحَبْسَ إِلَّا فِي ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٍ أَكَلَ مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ أَوْ غَصَبَهُ أَوْ رَجُلٍ اؤْتُمِنَ عَلَى أَمَانَةٍ فَذَهَبَ بِهَا.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abdul Rahman Bin Al Hajjaj, raising it, (It has been narrated) that Amir Al-Momineen asws would never imprison anyone except regarding three – a man who consumed the property of the orphan, or usurped it (property), or a man who was enstrusted upon a trust, so he went away (absconded) with it’.
