Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Kuleyb Al Asady who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about the man who kill during the Sacred Month, what is its wergild?’ He asws said: ‘A wergild and a one-third (of it in addition)’.
