alkafi-14155أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ع قَالَ:

إِنْ قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَةً وَ أَرَادَ أَهْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ يَقْتُلُوهُ أَدَّوْا نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ إِلَى أَهْلِ الرَّجُلِ.

Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5 th or 6 th Imam asws ) having said: ‘If a man kills a woman and the family of the woman intend that they kill him, they should pay half the wergild to the family of the man’.
